• Question: whats going to be your next project

      I’m not sure yet! The one I’m on at the moment is pretty big, and has about 6 different strands to it. I think some of the will evolve though. So for example, some of the software I’m designing is in a prototype phase. If people like it, they will let me keep going with it in to a formal development phase. That would be great, if that happens.

      Currently I’m trying to work out how X-rays damages crystals made of proteins. I’m doing this to help other scientist understand how to perform better experiments and help improve their results.

      My next project might try to help scientist perform similar experiments but instead of shooting crystals with X-rays, they’ll be shooting tiny biological molecules with electrons instead.

      I’m trying to make hydrogen from a different material, which can make more hydrogen per gram than ferrosilicon.
