Well at the moment I’m developing 4 different programmes. Two of them are about audiences that come to the theatre and some of their behaviours like how often they come and what they go see across the country. It goes down to quite a small level so you can really drill down in to detail about a specific performance. Another tool is looking at who becomes a member at an arts organisation (a member here is someone who pays a certain amount each year and gets extras for going to watch stuff a lot). And the other tool is looking at Twitter data and what people talk about when they tweet about theatres.
