I guess there are stresses to every job. Things can be tough when things aren’t working, but that is often where you are trying something new and then you learn new things and find other ways, often better ways, to do things. Some problems don’t get explained and that can be frustrating. There is a lot to be said for trying to have a growth mindset – where you consider either your plans will work out or you’ll learn something. It can sometimes be hard to find the positives when things don’t work out as you hope, but they are there.
I think working in a team makes it a lot less stressful – others can give you help and ideas and support as everyone has tough days. There is also a lot more fun to be had – and you have people to share the successes with.
There’s days of everything. Usually you get to do things at your own pace and have a lot of independence, but when there are deadlines it can get a bit busy and stressful.
