      Hello,

I describe myself as optimistic just because I never lose the hope that what
I am doing in the lab can actually work !

When you do research, you usually try to do something very difficult, which usually won’t work the first time.

So you try again, and it does not work again.

So you keep learning from the last unsuccessful experiment and try it again,
being OPTIMISTIC and SELF-CONFIDENT that you can make it.
At the end, after several times, it will work !
And when it works, it is amazing!!

      That’s why I feel I am optimistic
