      Hi there.

I often ask myself this question, but it’s a difficult one to answer. I’m only working here at Diamond because of the precise actions I have taken up to this point.

I struggled in my degree at university, and nearly failed it. I finished with a 2:2 and didn’t qualify to study for a PhD. I’ve often wondered what would have happened if I had worked harder and had studied a PhD, but then the chances are I would not now work at Diamond.

And I really really like working here – so I don’t really want to change anything!

I would have liked to have done a PhD. But then again I think I may have ended up in the same job, just with more student debt. So I do not regret anything, it is just something I would like to have had a go at.

If I made a small change to my past I wonder if it would make a dramatic change to my future. I quite like the life I have got. Though I know no other.

Hopefully that last sentance will get you thinking… oooh the possibilities.

I would have practiced the piano more when I was younger, because I’d be much better now!
