  Always as part of a team, mainly because you have others around you that have the same sence of achievement, and I work better as a team as well as you run off others enthusiasm. This realy helps as doing things on your own is important and good, it is always nice to work with others.
  I feel quite lucky that I am in a very capable team of eight people, and as we all know each other and socialize out side of work it is nearly like working with your friends.
