It’s impossible to know. Evolution isn’t predictable, and can be random.
I can help answer the question in another way though. Think back to what our ancestors would’ve looked like a million years ago. I’ve looked it up on wikipedia, and a species called ‘Homo antecessor’ would have been around – common ancestors of both humans and Neanderthals. They would have looked a lot like us, but with some differences. So my answer to how humans would look in a million years is “a lot like us, but with some differences”!
I have no idea. It would depend on what changes happen to our environment and life styles. Evolution is based on the principle of survival of the fittest, that is the creatures best suited to survive will. Whatever changes happen and really take root and spread will likely be ones that make us better at whatever it is that we are doing in the future.
