Yes actually, a recent study conducted in Toronto, Canada showed people who regularly play action video games, like Call of Duty or Assassin’s Creed, are better able to learn new sensorimotor tasks, improve hand-eye coordination, than people who do not play video games.

Exactly what Maheen said! Video games have us using our hand eye coordination, and our brains processing large amounts of data very quickly. Like with anything else practice makes us better. The Important thing is to use your improved brain activity and hand eye coordination on things that aren’t just more computer games.
