Question: did you always have a passion for outdoors

Yes- I grew up in Cornwall, and always loved playing in the sea and walking in the countryside. I had never been camping until I was about 18 though (my mum wasn’t a fan!), so when I started going camping when I was at uni I got completely hooked, I loved being away from everything and cooking on a campfire, seeing sunrises each day. Being outdoors is a gift, we are very lucky to live in a society where our environment is so clean, and we can swim in the sea and in rivers without fear of getting ill because they’re so polluted. I’m a bit worried that modern technology will mean my kids will spend less time outside than I did, so I try to get them outdoors as much as possible!
