There are substantial differences in the way girls tend to think compared to boys (in general). Physics has historically been done by boys, so is probably explained in a way that is easier for boys to understand.
Perhaps that means that girls looking at things will bring a fresh perspective though?

I didn’t think that girls do find Physics harder than boys. I thought that girls got better grades at maths at school than boys? Perhaps they’re not so interested in learning about physics.

It’s probably got nothing to do with the fact that they are girls, some people just find physics harder than others…I’m pretty sure that not ALL boys find physics easy/ not ALL girls find physics hard…
