I use three different types most often.
      Our diode lasers are about 20 x 12 x 6 cm.
The mid-sized Nd:YAG lasers have a power supply about the same size as a desktop PC, and a laser head about half that size again.
      Our large copper-vapour lasers are about 1.5m x 0.75m x 0.5m (very large)

Tim’s are much bigger than mine. Mine is about 15 cm long, and 4cm x 4cm ends.

The lasers themselves are mostly about 10 cm long like Pip’s, but the box they are in is full of capacitors and other electrical things and are about the size of a washing machine. (You should be able to see some of them in my profile pics)
