      It is a chemical produced by a bacterium. It acts as a poison, stopping nerves from being able to control your muscles. Drs use it to relax specific muscle groups. This ‘tightens’ areas of skin where the remaining muscles pull on it. They also use it to reduce sweating in some people, although I’m not exactly sure how that works.

      I think it’s related to the bacteria that causes Botulism, which is a pretty serious disease.
