We are very honest to our patients about the chances of something going wrong, and we always make sure they understand the risk they are taking. Having said that, we are quite cautious and very rarely have any problems.

I would say that it is very important to get it right, but I have seen lots and lots of patients and I am very confident in my understanding of how the treatment works – so it never feels like a lot of pressure.
