• Question: Have lasers ever been used for torture?

      Perhaps. I think that there is an international agreement not to use laser-based weapons that damage eyesight in warfare. Torture is also (thankfully) illegal in most countries.

      We are guilty of covering people’s eyes, laying them on a bed and hurting them with lasers. But they don’t seem to complain too much.
