• Question: do blueberries reduce the risk of cancer?

      Blueberries contain antioxidants, which help to get rid of so-called free radicals in our body. The free radicals are highly reactive chemicals which may damage DNA and therefore cause cancer; so there is some kind of scientific link.

      I don’t know how many blueberries you would have to eat to make a noticeable difference. I also wonder, if you eat lots of blueberries, do you start to look blue?
