Question: you said we are running out of petrol/oil, then wont the same event happen with water powered cars which would cause other issues e.g.dehydration and povety war ext?

Hi george99sw. You are right to think that if we used water powered cars – wouldn’t that get rid of the water? Well, nobody is planning to use water powered cars, so don’t worry. My guess is that you are thinking about hydrogen-fueled cars because one way of getting the hydrogen for these is to get it from water (water is H2O remember). But you don’t need to worry for 2 reasons:

1. This is only one way of getting hydrogen, there are many others
2. The hydrogen engine works by reacting hydrogen with oxygen and they actual output water instead of the polluting gases that come out of the exhaust pipes of petrol cars.
