      I’m not sure what you really mean by this… but the ocean contains all kinds of chemicals and poisons. Mostly it’s ok because they’re in very small quantities but, sometimes, animals can filter out the poisons by accident which works it’s way up the food chain and eventually poison humans when they eat fish. I think some time ago China had some problems with mercury poisoning in fish from the ocean near the country.
