A “postdoctoral researcher” is just a fancy name. The “post” is because I am after the point where I became a doctor. Basically I am just a scientist who can do research all day. What is research? Thinking up questions, how to answer them, using telescopes to help gather evidence to prove or disprove things, doing calculations with pens, paper and even massive computers, having discussions and debates with other scientists … anything it takes to learn more and more things that we never knew before!
