• Question: how much could bread rise with 100grams of yeast??

      I assume you mean how much bread could you make with 100grams of yeast? If so i would say about 14.2 loaves, as each loaf of bread takes about 7grams of yeast.
      If you mean if i put 100grams of yeast into 1 loaf, i would imagine it would rise 14 x what it normally would. I would also imagine that the yeast wouldnt work due to there being too much of it.

      its not something i have ever done. Maybe i could try it in the lab this week?? 🙂
