  Ha! Afraid not. But astronomers who work in radio astronomy (like me) do search for signals from extra-terrestrial life. We have not found any yet, although there have been a few interesting signals that people don’t know what they are! Don’t worry – if we find aliens it will definitely be in the news and you won’t be able to miss it. But I don’t think that if we found aliens that we would kill them.
  
  I have 2 questions for you (maybe you’ll be in charge of greeting the aliens when we do find them!). What would you do if we found aliens? Would you try to communicate with them, or would you just attack them? Also, do you think it would be good for humans if we found aliens, or would it be a bad thing?
