Planets are made of things our planet is made of: mostly rocks (which mean mostly iron), but also water. There is also another type of planets that are made mostly of gas (hydrogen and helium, just like the Sun). Jupiter is basically like our Sun, just too small for nuclear reactions to start.

We have every element on the periodic table on earth so most of them will exist on other planets too. The amounts are different though. The bigger planets like Jupiter and Saturn have a lot more hydrogen and helium, but Earth, Mercury and the other rocky planets have more iron, for example.
