      Hmmm, that’s a tough question. For a long time I was analysing some data, looking for a planet around a big star, and I kept getting a completely silly answer, no matter how hard I tried.

      After a while, I was talking to another PhD student who was visiting us, and we realised it wasn’t a wrong answer, I was just seeing ripples on the surface of that star, something which no-one had seen before, which is really cool!
