Question: how long would it take to travel to mars

With present rocket technology, it would take at least three months to get to Mars. That’s when Mars and Earth are closest together. If astronauts spent a while on Mars, then both planets would have moved apart enough for it to take more than double that long to get back again! It would be a long trip there and back again 😕
