• Question: How do you memorize all those long words?

      With lots of patience and time. And by repeating it lots and lots of times… at the end they just get stuck into your head

      You understand what is their origin. Mostly it’s from Greek and the names mean something. For example: anode, cathode.

      You are right – science is fully of long words. They become second nature the more and more you use them. Just think: when you were a baby, you didn’t know any words at all! But over time, your parents kept speaking to you and words began to sink in. Same thing happens if you study science for a long time!

      It’s the same way that I remember the names of loads of Pokemon, or the names of lots of sports stars. If you spend enough time thinking about it, then these things tend to stick
