Question: Hi! I watched a documentary on the development of the Hydron Colider and I am wondering what you take is on the theory that the universe is either chaos or order?

  The Universe is order. Phenomena take place following the laws of physics, irrespective of where the experiment takes place (here or at the edge of the Universe), or when the experiment takes place (now, right after the beginning of the Universe in the Big Bang, or long time in the future). The laws of physics do not change.
  
  Sometimes small differences in the surrounding conditions lead to very different results. That is what has been called “chaos theory”. But this is quite the opposite. A clear order of things happen, based on the laws of physics.
