I think there are some infrastructures which allow you to fly like you are on the moon. Last week I saw a video about a reduced-gravity aircraft which is a type of airplane that allows you to “fly” like you are on space. This special airplane is used for training astronauts before they go on space.
Personally, I would love to try it out!

On the Moon nothing can fly, as there is no air 🙂 Do you mean jump high? You can do that only if you are in the same gravity field as that of the Moon, which is 1/6 of that of Earth.

Did you know that you could actually fly on one of Saturn’s moons: Titan? It’s got low gravity (so you can jump high) but a thick atmosphere (like we have lots of air… you can’t breathe on Titan, though!). So if you had a pair of wings strapped to your arms, you could actually flap them and fly!
