      I love Ice-cream, especially caramel of pistachio flavours and I use to go through this phase of melting Thornton’s millionaire slices onto the top of a tub, it was amazing!

      This is probably the toughest question I’ve been asked! I really love doughnuts but I also really like cookie dough – there’s just so many great desserts to choose from!

      My favourite dessert is anything with chocolate. One of the other scientists on the platform has a 3D printer for chocolate. That is something I’d like for my next birthday.
