Do which ever you enjoy the most!!
If you don’t like it, don’t do it, it wont be fun then!
Find a hobby or sport you love, maybe try doing it outdoors! But most importantly, have fun!

Something that is active and varied but not too intense for developing bones and muscles.

Play and sports you enjoy with friends and family are always good ways to get active; otherwise probably getting up and out under your own steam, and walking or rolling/cycling whenever possible.

Whatever is fun, gets you moving and gets your heart pumping! You might want to play football with friends, or you might want to go for a run in the local park – it all counts. I used to like going ice skating.

I think kids uniquely benefit from exercises and sports that involve stretching, like gymnastics and dancing. Moving flexibly is easier when your joints and muscle are softer, and the sense of balance you learn helps you all throughout life 🙂

Anything is better than nothing. But why not combine exercise with something good for the planet like walking instead of taking the car, litter picking, gardening or tree planting. But of course make sure you get permission from an adult.

There’s lots of ways to think about ‘health’ – the best thing for a young person is whatever gets them happy, moving, and looking forward to more exercise. I never liked sports in school, because I wasn’t good at competitive sports and they always made me feel bad about myself. But I liked silly fun games like benchball, and quick cricket. Those were really good for me, not just for the benefit to my body, but the benefit to my mind too!

It depends partly on their age and partly on the child. They are all individuals and need to be treated as such. Just letting young people play amongst themselves in a safe environment is a great way for them to get exercise in a natural way. As they get older then introducing various sports and team activities. The main thing is having fun.
Remember that children are still growing so it is important not to overdo anything or push them to hard.
Personally I am a great fan of swimming – it can be great fun and is also a great form of exercise with the water providing a natural resistance to all forms of movement.
I also teach JuJitsu and think that any form of martial arts training can be very good children. Apart from the exercise they provide some good lessons in discipline. -

I think the stretches and rotation exercises will be the best as they keep the children active.

There are lots of exercises kids can do but anything that is fun and increases their heart beat.
