      Sweat is a natural substance produced by special glands in your skin called sweat glands. Sweat is used to help your body cool down if it’s too hot.

      As Jess says sweat helps us cool down – the only other animals that sweat as much as humans are horses!

      other animals need to find other ways to cool down (e.g for dogs it’s through panting)…
