Hi Ellen! depends on why someone is fat! some people are fatter becasue they are on certain medicines or have an illness so there’s not so much they can do about it…
But assuming someone is otherwise healthy they just need to use more energy than they put into their body by eating – then the body uses its fat stores and that person will lose weight.
But being fit and eating a balanced diet (lots of fruit and veg) is more important than your weight!
