• Question: do you like to work in teams or individually ?

      I like a bit of both! Its nice to work in teams to solve bigger problems, so you can use the different skills and experiences of each person in the group. However, i also like to work on my own sometimes and try to solve a problem – it depends on the situation. How about you?

      I like both. Many projects are too large for a single person to work on, and by working in teams you can have a lot of people with different ideas trying to solve a problem, it’s very helpful. On my main project, I handle most of the chemistry work and I partner up with a molecular biologist.
