• Question: You mention that you do practial experiments that have never been done before. Would you tell us more about them and what they are about?

Well in all research you are doing experiments that have never been done before to try and find new knowledge. Often these are variations on a theme so not a new method , but a new questions using the same methods- different cells, different conditions for the experiment etc.

However our research group has made new devices for organ transplantation. We made a cooling device to cool organs to protect them in donor bodies before the organ is retrieved. We have also made a machine to restart hearts to test them before transplantation. Although a company has also made one now too.
