• Question: when we are baby's do we have the same immune system as when we are adult's?

      Yes but it isn’t as mature so we don’t have lots of cells that produce all of the antibodies that we will develop over the years. That is why breastfeeding is important because in the milk there are lots of antibodies to help protect the baby from infection. After about 4 months the baby then can produce lots of antibodies all by itself.
