• Question: Is haemoglobin A1c a step forward for diagnosing diabetes?

      I think it is used more as a monitoring of people who already have diabetes to make sure their treatment is keeping the blood sugars at the correct level. Too much sugar results in more A1c. (I had to look this up!!)
