I only really know about B-cells, T-cells, Phagocytes (macrophages and Dendritic cells, the ones that “eat” bacteria) and a little bit about stromal cells. I have had to draw diagrams explaining how each of these cells work to put together my model. It is probably true that modellers understand cell behaviour better than biologists (unless they only look at one type of cell) because we have to!

I think more about neutrophils and the innate immune response, and then T cells doro a memory response to my vaccines. I spend a lot of time working with monkey liver cells and human lung epithelial cells too!

      Cheers!
