No, all ‘germs’ or microorganisms are not bad, don’t worry!

We all have loads of bacteria/virus/fungi ‘co-inhabiting’ our bodies and they lend a lot of healthy help to our normal health. The good ‘germs’ can help contain and balance out the ‘bad’ germs as well. It is all about balance and moderation.

      Cheers!

if you add up all the cells in an and on you and yourself then by number you are 95% bacteria. By weight mostly human as human cells are way bigger. They form an important part of our immune system
