I’m not a climate scientist so I can’t really comment on the data, except to worry a lot and occasionally get loud and angry at the TV. However as a physicist I can safely say we need to remember the first two laws of thermodynamics – we can’t use more energy than we have and energy lost to entropy can’t be recovered (without using more energy), so using our natural energy supplies to pollute the atmosphere was never going to work out well in the end.

I think the change to the climate is something to be aware of, and something more people should be aware of. Unfortunately, like Dan, I do not know the data, and cannot comment too much more than that! I fear it will only get worse, but this is just because of my pessimistic approach to most of life’s problems haha.

Not a climate scientist either, although really interested and concerned about that topic. The issue I see is that lots of countries have all these climate pacts but lots of other countries don’t go a damn and keep polluting and ignoring the issues. Therefore all the efforts of the countries who care, are not making that much difference as they should. The whole world need to tackle it together to really make a difference and an improvement. Sorry, I know it’s quite pessimistic.
