• Question: why do men /boys get so sweaty whilst going through horemones

      During puberty, the body develops larger sweat glands in the armpits, breasts and genital area. They are called apocrine glands and release sweat in response to stress, emotion and excitement. Also, during exercise, sweating is the body’s natural way of cooling down. It’s not just men/boys, it’s girls too although I remember when I was in school, boys were always running about or playing football – maybe that’s why they were sweating more.
