good question. Short answer is pretty good – but it depends how you live your life.
Long answer-
The chances that your generation will live to be 100 (or close too that age) are really good. What helps is that you lead a healthy life that has everything in moderation. For example exercise is really good for you and if you can do something four times a week then thats great. Also food is important, a balance of things to make sure you get all of the important nutrients you need and cut down on processed food as these cut short your life expectancy.
Whats more important I think is that you are able to enjoy your old age. Its no good living to 100 years if you spend the last 20 of those years in bed sick unable to do anything. My work looks at reducing the amount of time we spend in bed sick at later stages of our lives !
