Inside our ears there is a fluid that helps us balance. I remember being sick and losing my hearing in one ear for a few days and I felt like losing my balance all the time! When we spin around really fast this fluid in our ears starts spinning and it tells our brain that we are spinning around. When we stop spinning suddenly it takes the fluid a bit of time stop spinning too and our brain thinks that we are still spinning around even though we are not which makes us feel dizzy ***….*MATOMO_URLMATOMO_URL***
