I am not quite sure how to measure my own smart-ness.

But I reckon I am not very smart – just curious. That is all that is required. I know lots of MUCH smarter people than me.

My scientist answer would be “What do you mean by smart?” There are lots of different ways to define “smart” or “intelligent”.

But I don’t feel that I am not smart. How about you?

I’m pretty clever, but very scruffy.

I think this is a really good question. I remember when I was at school if you were good at science people thought you were really smart. I’d say I’m quite smart at some parts of science, but other parts I’m not great at because science is so wide ranging in it’s topics. It’s important to remember that even though I’m good at science I still find it hard sometimes, but because it’s interesting I work hard to try and get a better understanding of it. There are also plenty of things that I’m not so good at, like I couldn’t write a really good novel, or a really good poem. But I don’t mind because I prefer reading the novels and poems of people who are really good at writing them 🙂
