• Question: what should you do if you had a pulled muscle and how long does it take for a average leg to heel cause mine took 4 days

      Hi @DenverXx,
      Thank you for your interesting question. I’m not a medical doctor but I know some basic first aide and a pulled muscle is normally just treated at home with rest (avoid using the muscle for a few days especially if moving is causing a lot of pain), ice (apply ice immediately and this will reduce any swelling), compression (to reduce the swelling, wrap the affected area with a bandage) and elevation (whenever possible, keep the injured muscle raised above the level of the heart) (RICE). A pulled muscle can take up to one week to heal but, if its not healed in a week then I would go to your doctors for further medical advice.
