• Question: is a monomer a one single thing and is a polymer lots of things

      Hi @morgano,
      Thank you for your question. Monomers are small molecules (consisting of one molecule) whilst polymers are many monomers joined together in a long chain (therefore consist of more than one monomer) and so are known are large molecules.

      Monomer = one bead. Polymer = one necklace.
