The average lifespan of a human is in the UK is 81 years old with men living to 79 years old and women living to 83 years old. The life expectancy in the UK has an overall world ranking of 19 out of 194 countries. People living in Hong Kong and Japan have the longest life expectancies in the world (average lifespan 84 years) and people living in Sierra Leone having the shortest life expectancy (average lifespan 46 years).
