      I think the NHS is doing what they can but can do more with support and resources. In terms of mental health , the NHS is poor at delivery mental health care for people from ethnic minority communities, hence why these people end up being criminalised and up in jail.

      There are wider socio economic issues that need to be addressed to have real change. The mental health charity I run informs both community and NHS on how to tackle this. My skills as scientist allows me to do this with my peers
