Pollution has damaging effects on everything around us and the leading cause of global warming. It is global warming that really affects species reproduction. For example, it can lead to the melting of the polar ice caps in the arctic and antarctic which is the habitat of polar bears for example. They have to walk further and further to meet their mate and this has devastating effects on their reproduction. Pollution is also a big problem for many plants who require certain temperatures or climates to survive
