Campylobacter because it is found on raw chicken and it is spiral in shape. It hates to grow in oxygen whereas other bacteria love oxygen but it can still cause food poisoning considering that it raw chicken is exposed to air. It has the ability to hide in the pores of chicken skin 🙂 to create the perfect environment. Other than that there are plenty good bacteria as well which help in making of wine, bread, yoghurt, cheese etc 🙂
