Acinetobacter baumannii is the one that causes deadly infections which you get in the hospital environment. It causes 250,000 deaths in the world every year. Other than that there is Campylobacter which causes millions of cases of food poisoning here in the UK. Each bug has a unique capability to survive harsh environmental conditions like cold/heat and that is what makes them powerful.
As an individual? I would say protozoa (single celled organism) called Naegleria fowleri. It lives in water and if it gets into people then it eats their brains.
