It is fun, but it can also be difficult!
I enjoy the different projects I take part in and particularly the IT aspects.
      It’s difficult when it’s busy and we’re short-staffed.

I agree with Cheryl. It’s fun as you get paid to do science and that generally means it is less routine work which keeps it interesting. The downside can be that it can be difficult at times when trying to solve a problem but again, it wouldn’t be as interesting if you didn’t have to overcome obstacles from time to time

It can be both difficult and fun – sometimes at the same time. I recently attended the local agricultural shows and was doing science experiments with youngsters during the days – that was fun.

It is interesting, requires working hard, being organised, paying attention to detail and concentrating for prolonged period of time.

In microbiology we put bacteria/viruses etc into categories based on how dangerous they are (from 1 – 4). Category 1 bacteria cannot cause disease in humans, so they are all the least dangerous!
