      Lactic acid bacteria found in pickled vegetables, kefir, yogurt, cheese, miso, kimchi, sauerkraut, sourdough bread, beer, jams is example of good bacteria…there are plenty of good ones

      There are millions of bacteria living within your gut and on your skin. Not only are these harmless, they’re also called “friendly bacteria” which actually help us on a day to day basis!

      We divide all bacteria into categories depending on how dangerous they are. By definition, category 1 cannot cause human disease so are the least dangerous.
